Hips and Hamstrings
This is a 50-minute active beginner-friendly class that focuses on hips and hamstrings. After a quick warm-up, we move into a steady and active flow of standing poses. The next portion of class moves into a good amount of more relaxed stretching for some deeper hip opening, and it ends with a guided relaxation.
